Procesy wysadzinowe powodują wyraźne pogorszenie parametrów wytrzymałościowych podłoża gruntowego. Skutkuje to powstaniem spękań i uszkodzeń obiektu budowlanego, a niekiedy nawet wystąpieniem stanu awaryjnego. W niniejszym artykule opisane zostały przykłady wystąpienia zjawiska wysadzinowości, powstałego w wyniku błędów na każdym z etapów realizacji i eksploatacji obiektu budowlanego. W większości przypadków odpowiednie rozpoznanie podłoża gruntowego, oraz znajomość procesu tworzenia się wysadzin jest wystarczające, aby całkowicie zapobiec wystąpieniu tego zjawiska.

Frost heave processes cause the distinct worsening of endurance parameters of the ground basis. In consequence, there is the rising of crackings and damages in the builder's object, and sometimes even the appearance of the damage state. In that article there were described examples of appearing of the frost heave occurence as a result of errors on every stage of realization and exploitation of the builder's object. In the most cases the suitable diagnosis of the ground basis, and the acquaintance of the process of the creation of frost heave is sufficient, to avoid appearing of this occurrence.
