Streszczenie referatu

Referat dotyczy awarii konstrukcji hali magazynowo-dystrybucyjnej o powierzchni około 9200 m2. Główną konstrukcję nośną obiektu w części, która uległa awarii stanowią, oparte na słupach żelbetowych, dźwigary kratowe przenoszące obciążenia z płatwi kratownicowych. 21.01.2006 roku nastąpiła awaria jednego z dźwigarów głównych polegająca na zniszczeniu węzła przy pasie górnym dźwigara co w efekcie doprowadziło do znacznego ugięcia (załamania) kratownicy, która pociągnęła jeden z podpierających ją słupów powodując jego znaczne wychylenie. Zmiana geometrii głównego układu nośnego doprowadziła do uszkodzenia płatwi opartych na dźwigarze oraz stężeń i blachy pokrycia dachu w obszarze awarii. Przeprowadzona ekspertyza techniczna zmierzająca do ustalenia przyczyn awarii ujawniła szereg wad konstrukcji, głównie o charakterze projektowym.

The paper is dedicated to the breakdown of the steel structure in one of the warehouse buildings in the distribution centre, that had place on 21st of January, 2006. An area of the described building is about 9200 m2. The main structure of the building, in the neighbourhood of the failure, comprises the set of steel truss roof purlins and truss-girders supported on the reinforced-concrete pillars. At the beginning of the 3rd decade of January one of the main roof truss-girders suddenly collapsed after the destruction of one of the joints, located in the level of the upper chord that resulted in significant bowing deflection of the roof-truss and visible horizontal displacement of supporting column. The sudden deformations and changes of the shape of the main roof structure caused the failure of the other constructional elements in the nearby area, as truss purlins, bracing system and trapezoidal roof sheeting. After some technical analyses led to find out the reasons of the structure breakdown, many designing mistakes and disadvantages were proved.
