| Streszczenie |
Wykopy wykonywane w bliskim sąsiedztwie istniejącej infrastruktury podziemnej wymagają szczególnej staranności, począwszy od etapu badań geotechnicznych, poprzez fazę projektową i realizacyjną. W referacie przedstawiono konsekwencje błędów i zaniedbań w tym zakresie, których skutkiem była katastrofa kolektora sanitarnego. Pokazano wyniki dociekań nad bezpośrednimi przyczynami katastrofy.

| Abstract |
Excavations carried out in the vicinity of the existing underground infrastructure, demand particular care, beginning from a phase of geotechnical investigations through a design and execution phase. In the paper have been presented the consequences of errors and neglects, which resulted in the disaster of the sanitary interceptor. The results of research on the immediate causes of the disaster have been shown.
