| Streszczenie |
W artykule przedstawiono przypadek zawalenia się fragmentu warstwy elewacyjnej ściany trójwarstwowej. Awaria nastąpiła w nowym obiekcie, jeszcze przed oddaniem jego do użytku, bez wyraźnych dodatkowych bodźców czy obciążeń. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań i analiz stwierdzono, że przyczyną awarii były błędy projektowe w postaci ustawienia mimośrodowo, na warstwach papy, wysokiej ściany elewacyjnej. Dodatkową przyczyną awarii były błędy w zamocowaniu (połączeniu) warstwy elewacyjnej
z warstwą konstrukcyjną ściany trójwarstwowej. Zalecono rozebranie warstwy elewacyjnej.

| Abstract |
This article presents a case of collapse part of the facade made with cavity wall system. The failure occurred in the new building, even before its allowance to use, without explicit incentives or additional tension. As a result of its research and analysis, it was found that the causes of the accident were errors in the design in particular construction of eccentric facade wall on the stack of building paper. An additional causes of the accident were errors in fitting the facade
layer to a construction layer of cavity wall system. It was recommended to disassemble of the facade.
