Streszczenie referatu

W pracy dokonano analizy dorobku pięciu ostatnich konferencji „Awarie Budowlane” w zakresie materiałowych aspektów uszkodzeń i awarii obiektów budowlanych. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na rozwiązania materiałowo-technologiczne napraw konstrukcji z betonu. Stwierdzono, że w prezentowanych na konferencjach referatach nie są przywoływane normy z serii PN-EN 1504, dotyczące materiałów do napraw i ochrony konstrukcji betonowych. Spostrzeżenie to stanowiło przesłankę bardziej całościowego przedstawienia powyższego zbioru norm w niniejszej publikacji. Omówiono strukturę normy PN-EN 1504 oraz przedstawiono zakres tematyczny jej poszczególnych części, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem części 9, pełniącej w omawianym zbiorze funkcję szczególną. Zwrócono uwagę na obecne w PN-EN 1504 nowe podejście, polegające na traktowaniu ochrony i napraw jako elementu strategii zarządzania konstrukcją.

The output of the last five conferences „Structural Failures” has been analyzed in the range of the material aspects of damages and failures of the construction objects. The particular attention has been paid to the material and technological solutions addressed to the repairing of the concrete structures. It has been found out, that the authors of the papers presented within the conference do not refer to the European Standards PN-EN 1504, dealing with the materials for repair and protection of the concrete structures. This observation was an assumption for the presentation of the above series of the Standards in this paper. The structure of the European Standard PN-EN 1504 has been described and the range of its provisions presented, taking into particular consideration the Part 9 “General principles” which plays a specific role in the described set of the Standards. The location of the repair and protection within the structure management strategy has been pointed to as the new approach present in the European Standard PN-EN 1504.
