Streszczenie referatu

W referacie omówiono doświadczenia i obserwacje dotyczące stosowania powłok ochronnych na żelbetowych konstrukcjach mostowych. Zwrócono uwagę, że mechaniczne przenoszenie doświadczeń ze stosowania ochrony powłokowej z konstrukcjach stalowych i elewacjach nie gwarantuje sukcesu na konstrukcjach z betonu. Zwrócono uwagę na znaczenie wymiany gazowej z otoczeniem przez powierzchnię betonu dla trwałości tego materiału. Wskazano na zagrożenie diagnostyki konstrukcji przez stosowanie powłok przekrywających zarysowania podłoża. Omówiono sformułowane w IBDiM wymagania w stosunku do powłok ochronnych na obiektach mostowych, gwarantujące ich trwałość.

In the report experiences and observations related to application of protective coatings on bridge constructions are discussed. There is indicated, that the direct transfer of experiences of application of the coating protection from steel structures and elevation do not guarantee the same success on the structures made of the concrete. The importance of the gas exchange with environment through the surface of the concrete for the durability of this material was addressed. The danger of the diagnostics of the structure in case of application of the coatings covering the cracks on concrete was shown. Requirements formulated in Road and Bridge Research Institute, Warsaw, Poland in the relation to protective coatings used on the bridge objects, guaranteeing their durability were discussed.
