Projekt zmian regulacji europejskich dotyczących wprowadzania na rynek wyrobów budowlanych rozszerza dotychczasowe wymagania o zagadnienia zrównoważonego wykorzystania zasobów naturalnych. W tym wymaganiu zawiera się trwałość obiektów budowlanych. Do szacowania trwałości obiektów budowlanych, na kolejnych etapach istnienia, niezbędne jest posiadanie kryterialnych wartości właściwości użytkowych. Referat dotyczy możliwości wykorzystania zapisów z wybranych norm EN i ISO do planowania badań trwałości wyrobów budowlanych i wyznaczania porównawczych wartości właściwości użytkowych. Omówiono również zagadnienia trwałości ochrony powierzchniowej i napraw obiektów żelbetowych. 

Draft amendments to European regulations on the marketing of building products extends the existing requirements on issues of sustainable use of natural resources. This requirement includes the durability of building structures. The criterion of performance requirements at different stages of life cycle are necessary to estimate the durability of buildings. This paper concerns the possible use of selected EN and ISO standards for the design of the study on the durability of concrete structures as well as the determination of reference service-life data. The durability of the repair and surface protection of reinforced concrete structures is discussed.
